Pneumatic Balancer

The uniquely designed circuits controlled by an intelligent control system supply precise air to the cylinder automatically, to maintain the tooling in a balance condition no mater with or without a load, to enable the handling shafts of manipulator in a weightless condition.  Balancing the tooling, with or without load, is obtanied by means of a pneumatic cylinder connected to an equilibrating system.  The intelligent control system without adjustments required for different loads.  The unique control system always automatically keeps the balancer with or without a load in a balance condition even if the load is changing during handling.  The unique device facilitates the operator moves a floating load in any direction within vertical or horizontal just by pusing or pulling the load in a desired direction, and stops a load at any desired point.
