Liebherr 8-axle carrier with hydro - pneumatic NIVEAUMATIC-SUSPENSIONwith level adjustment. Mercedes diesel engine with 390 kW (530 HP), Allison automatictransmission, differential lock, and off-road range.  Tires 16.00 R 25, ZF-steering system.  Axles 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8 steer. Compressedair servo brake system acting on all wheels. Liebherr designed and manufactured box-type, torsion resistant chassis,all welded construction of high-tensile structural steel.

SUPERSTRUCTURE
Liebherr made torsionresistant, welded construction of high tensile strength steel with connectionto chassis by triple roller slewing ring. Mercedes diesel engine with 263 kW (359 HP).  Telescopic boom consisting of the pivotsection and three telescope sections with superlift.  Boom length 164 and an additional 23extension.  Multi-variable jibconfiguration system with 200 fixed fly jib (0 or 20 degree) and luffing jib69 to 275.  Central greasing forsuperstructure.  Full Counterweight257,575 lb. (125 metric ton). Safety devices including electronic load momentindicator, hoist limit switch, and safety valves to protect hydraulic systemfrom pipe and hose fractures.
