MODULAR DESIGN SHIP TO SHORE CRANE

Kalmar Industries has a modular design philosophy for the mechanical structure, electrical installation and main components. With this modular design it is possible to offer highly customised cranes combined with the advantages of a more standardised production such as short delivery times. The Kalmar ship to shore cranes are designed in such modules that modifications in railspan, outreach, hoisting height, as well as electrical installation and all other components are possible in a cost efficient way.
