bridge crane

The bridge crane is so named because it is similar to a bridge in outlook; its structure is similar to overhead crane except the support is equipped by two footing seats with mobile wheel sets built at both sides. The footing seats can travel along the ground railways; some footing seats are equipped with rubber tires that make the crane able to turn around like a vehicle. Bridge crane are mostly placed in outdoor; the distance between the footing-seat pair is normally 15m, some large crane has the distance up to 100m. Trolleys equipped on the bridge railway are categorized as the crab trolley and rope trolley.
