have been working in India for many yearsand they have made a mark in the market and are a common sight on all typesof construction sites.can be installed as stationery,mounted in lift shaft, on rails for straight or curved traveling, with selfclimbing telescopic hydraulic system to accelerate erection, climbing.All components of the crane arepre-assembled & welded by means of jib.This fact assures a complete interchangeability between eachcomponent. The base section of the tower, slewing section, cabin, tower apexjib & the counter jib are assembled together on the ground.The MAST is a bolted structure. On the central portionof the inner mast are the Slewing Ring & also the jib & counter jibfixing arrangement is made.Thewinch has 3 hoisting & lowering speeds fully controlled from the joystickbox in the control cabin. The change of speed is possible while running underload. The hoisting brake is used to hold the load, which generates no heating& very little wear.Theslewing is with continuous speed from 0-0.8 rpm & the Slewing Ring is arobust double ball bearing and is imported.A two speed trolley is used for transferring ofmaterial from one end to the other end of the jib with easy change from 2fall ropes to 4 fall ropes & vice versa.The jib is supplied in sections, which are boltedtogether. One end is fixed with the inner mast of the Tower Crane & issupported with the help of tie rods on top of the inner mast. Necessaryarrangements for the traveling trolley are also made.The Counter jib is also manufactured in parts &is bolted. On the Counter jib is an arrangement for fixing the Winch,Electric Control Panel & Counter Weight.The crane incorporates latest safety devices, whichconsist of: -Top & bottom travel limiting switch.
