QUY120 Hydraulic Crawler Crane Technical Parameters

 

QUY120 is a new product built by us based on today's world advanced technology in crawler crane industry.
It applies compact and optimized structure and the cab is designed according to ergonomics and is more humanistic. The track frames are linked to the car-body via a combination of a hydraulic driven pin and fixed pin system, which is easy for repair and maintenance. Its traveling system applies a built-in planetary reducer and motor system that has very good transmission ability, the platform is a semi-shielded layout for easy inspection and repair. The main and auxiliary boom luffing system applies a brake which is close in standby and free of maintenance, and its diesel engine is Cummins Model QSL-9 electronic control engine with central cooling system, it has a relatively smaller size compared with its output, and satisfies the European non-road vehicle Plan II Standard. Its hydraulic system is an open system and has a separate cooling system and a load sensor control; it has a close slewing system and the operating control valve controls the swing angle of variation pumps, which guarantees a smooth movement and has a very good precision control property. The electronic system includes safety devices, alarm diagnosis system, monitor and supervision systems, whereby the control panel is installed with a 8.4?color monitor. Here the semi-shielded platform and ergonomic cab have been awarded Chinese National Patents. It has four boom configurations, ie. Standard hoisting boom, fixed jib, tower jib and light duty boom with jib combination for your option. And almost all of its outsourcing parts are imported brand makes.
