Portal Crane has various applications, such as loading and
unloading at port, ship building and repairing yard, steel works, The main
structures are steel frame, lifting mechanism, luffting mechanism, slewing
mechanism, traveling mechanism, lifting tool device( grab, container lifting
tool, hook), electrical mechanism and other aiding devices for safety, the
applied rigid rack and screw lever luffing mechanism make sure a constant
working state.
it is suitable for heavy work at seaports, river ports and freight
yards and it can be mounted with hoisting hooks and grab buckets. This product
is applicable to various types of cargos and can be used for handling
containers. The complete unit is formed of three mechanisms, to include lifting,
rotating and amplitude of variation. These three mechanisms can work separately
or jointly. Based on the hoisting weight, the strong four-bar derricking system
or the single boom pulley block system can be selected.
