CONTROL PANEL:

 Double flanged straight tread type fitted with spherical roller bearing LT wheels are provided in each of the two end carriages.
 Wheels are supported on L type live steel axles bearing housing assembly.
 Wheels are made from solid round forged steel materials and hardness up to 300 BHN.

DOUBLE GIRDER OVERHEAD CRANES

 Widely used for outdoor applications like construction area. Ship yards
 Used when rails are installed on ground surface
 Used to carry materials outdoor to indoor area
 Cost effective and economical solutions- no need of concrete foundations , Runway beam and columns

Capacity: Single Girder cranes up to 15 ton cap.
  Double Girder Cranes up to 50 ton cap.

SINGLE GIRDER/ DOUBLE GIRDER GANTRY / GOLIATH CRANES

 Used when ceiling height is relatively small
 Cost effective and use of totally shop floor area without any obstruction
 Run under I beam which is fixed under ceiling
 Best solution when span of crane is too longer

Capacity: up to 5 Ton.
Span: up to 20 meters (Depending on the capacity)

UNDER SLUNG / UNDER HUNG/ SUSPENSION TYPE SINGLE GIRDER OVERHEAD CRANES

 Moderate cost because of its simple construction
 Widely used for small capacity types with shorter span
 Used frequently for simple loading and unloading works
 Suitable for short headroom(distance between building ceiling and the Traveling rails)

All structural parts of crane s are applied one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paints.
Epoxy paints and Polyurethane paints are on request.

OPTIONAL FEATURES:

Each crane is controlled from a suspended push button station from a track at suitable floor height.
Supply to the pendent push button station is with options of 110 V, 24 V.
Dust & vermin proof powder coated sheet metal hoisting consists of contactors, relay, transformers and other associated equipments.
Emergency stop button are provided in all cranes to shutting off the power to the main contactors.

CONTROLS:

All motors used in the cranes are specially designed for crane and hoist duty applications.
All trolley and drive motors have suitable AC/DC brakes as standard equipments with smooth running properties.

MOTORS AND BRAKES:

The hoisting machinery/ crab consist of a VIKRANT heavy duty industrial type standard wire rope hoist.

HOISTING MACHINERY:

Rubber Buffers are standard on all end trucks to reduce impact when a moving crane or trolley reached the ends of its permitted travel or when two moving cranes or trolley come into compacts.

Main cross Girders to end trucks connection is bolted to ease in assemble.

Twin drive arrangements are normally standard. Central Drive arrangements are also available on request.

The cranes End trucks are manufactured from either standard rolled steel section or welded plate box section type and are assembled to ensure alignment of bearings and axles.

END CARRIAGES/END TRUCKS:

Steel conforming to IS 2062 of or equivalent are used in the manufacturing of the main load bearing members.
The girders are not only designed for deflection and strength but also account is taken for natural time of vibration and damping. This will avoid vibration in the crane girders and other crane components for prolonged period.
