QUY350 Hydraulic Crawler Crane is researched and developed independently on the basis of sucking in foreign advanced technology and combines the twenty years experience of manufacturing hydraulic crawler crane as well as the marketing requirement. This product has independent intellectual property right and domestic advanced technology. It is the biggest and the most advanced hydraulic crawler crane at present in China.
The product has the following characteristics:
1.Mechanism design adopts concentrating lubricating combining with the hermetic bearing. It reduces the service intensity maximum.
2.Self-erection system and undercarriage are assembled by electric power. Hydraulic manual operation has been cancelled. It reduces the reliance on the assistant crane.
3.Electric monitor data, failure diagnosing, engine parameters and the contents of moment limiter are shown by turning the pages on the big screen.
4.The width cab can be rotated and tilted. It has the characteristics of wide view and convenience for transportation.
5.Double driven with free function closed slewing system makes slewing smoothly.
6.The system is controlled by motors and electric proportional. Proportional electromagnet adjusting has the functions of limit load and pressure cutting. System moves smoothly and has good quality of micro movement.
7.Two driven motors, duplex casting, fold line groove derricking winch.
8.Five kinds of boom combination. The jib of super lift can be installed to increase the working range.
9.High intensity plate instead of the guy line which consists by wire ropes.
10.Main connecting pins are installed by hydraulic power.
11.This product has superstructure and undercarriage separating device. Turntable and side frames can be disassembled quickly. It will reduce the transportation weight.
12.The winch has three-layer protective device and count sensor. It can monitor the working layers of the wire rope at any moment.
