Notes on Ordering
The pulp first enters the feed box via the feed inlet and then flows into the trough by gravity. The magnetic materials are collected on the drum surfaces magnetic zone. When the drums magnetic zone moves into the concentrate zone, the magnetic materials are removed by a flexible scraper and fall down into the concentrate tank while the remaining pulp enters the tailings tank and is discharged from the tailings outlet.

Different trough design patterns are available, i.e. counterflow (N), semi-counterflow (B) and downflow (S), and the drive unit is mounted either on right side or left side
It is advanced in technology, high in reliability and easy to operate and maintain for the optimized design of the separator and its parts
The separator is high in magnetic flux density because of the use of neodymium-iron-born rare-earth compound magnetic system
Technical Features
The CX series permanent magnetic separator is a modified version developed by Tangshan Huili Technology Co. Ltd. It features the use of a compound magnetic system which is composed of the strontium ferrite covered with neodymium-iron-born permanent magnetic blocks. As compared with a conventional wet-type magnetic separator with a weak magnetic field, it has a much higher magnetic flux density which is about 200-220 millitesla on average (The distance between drum surface and magnetic pole: 10mm). In the tailings scanveger zone, the magnetic flux density is increased to an average of 240-250 millitesla. It is an ideal equipment for recovery of magnetite powder in coal cleaning plant using heavy-medium process.
