According to the osmosis principle of the semipermiable membrane,a reverse-osmosis pressure (stronger than osmosis pressure)exerted to the original water will force the dissolvant water contained permiating through RO membranes against the natural osmosis pressure,producing qualified purewater.The RO membrane rolls made by US Hydranautics are of the best quality.For example,the output water by RO desalter with ESPA-1-8040 ro membranes is 5m3/hassume water temperature 25,water recycle rate is 70% and desalt rate is over 98%.With the quick electromagnetic valve on boost pump discharge and pretreat water-supply system, Ro membrane clensing can be done to prevent untreated water scaling on the surface of the membranes. Usually ro membrane cleansing is 3 or 4 months periodically to recover desalt efficiency and stable operation.
