CJD double filter

 The parallel combination of two sets of single tube filter can be applied for the design of separating the processing capacity in use and for backup. In the daily operation, only one of the two single tube filters will be applied to perform filtering task. When the mesh is clogged or the processing capacity lowers, shut down the filter portion in use and activate the backup filter portion. The backup filter portion will present great filtering efficiency with its clean mesh. After the backup filter portion is started, the clogged mesh can be removed for cleaning. Repeating such cyclic operation will achieve continuous filtering results.

The manual filter designed to be operating with only one single set, cleaning the mesh can only be performed when the device is stopped. However, stopping the device also stops the operation of filtering. In order to provide the user with a more convenient product, the CJD double filter resolves this issue effectively.
