Its space requirements are depending on actual design.Basically an accessory room of 8 meters long by 5 meters wide and 4 meters high will be enough for such a unit dealing total air volume up to 48000CMH.
This Unit can adapt to various air capacities by changing the numbers of honeycomb-shaped plush dust-filtering drums in its sencond stages.The maximum air capacity is 65000CMH.
The Unit can be widely applied in Dust Removing System of all processes (blowing, carding, combing, open-end and waste cotton reclamation) of cotton spinning.
The first stage is used to filter large particles by using disc-shaped filter net; The second stage is used to filter small particles by using honey-comb shaped plush drums.
It combines together all functional parts which in older way were separately placed, thus space is dramatically saved.It has two stages, one is the first stage, the other the second stage.
