Separator Glass Assembly

            Generally we are using sealinggasket of 100 % PTFE. Our Assembly cans with stand a pressure of 5 kg/cm²temp up to 200^oC.

            We can also provide an Extra Nozzlea top of the assembly for hydrometer or thermometer gauge on request.

            In this design there is a glass of minimum300 mm dia to 600 mm dia & height of 300 mm to 450 mm will be fittedbetween two flanges of MS/SS/PP/MS Teflon etc. depends upon the chemicals. Asshow in photo, upper flange has one nozzle (N₁) trough which liquidcomes inside & settles down in the glass assembly. From the exact colors ofliquid (Such high density liquid) which we can transfer trough nozzle (N₃).Now when lower density liquid comes in the glass assembly than we have to shutthe valve at nozzle (N₃) & open the valve at nozzle (N₂)& transfer to another Tank / Vessel / Dram. By means of this we canseparate too difference density liquids very perfectly & accurately.

            Such Assembly is generally usedwhere two or more different densitys materials are separated in tanks andcreate a separate level inside it & client want to remove that liquid toremove separately than such assembly is using generally it should be installedat the bottom outlet of the tank.
