Filter Press

A well sludge filter press as INOX Filter Press will properly achieve minimizing sludgy effluent volume in the significant number of industries. Its filtering & pressing process can effectively thicken and soidify all types of sludge to become sludge cake in its Filter elements. Under high pressure dewatering is achieved by separating the water from the sludge. Normally, the sludge cake has % dryness of arround 25%-90% depending on the types of sludge and pressing systems. Additionally, the cake volume can be suitably varied by several Filter Press sizes from approximately 10 liters up to 10,000 liters per batch. INOX Filter Press offers two types of pressing units as either single acting or double acting. Functional options such as Plate Shifter, Cake Washing, Air Blowing, Cake Squeezing and Cloth Washing will be offered as special requirements
