Absolute Filter

Mounted on the FENO Oil Mist Filter, it is designed to perform on machining
e quipment that generates smoke from cooler oil heating. Its efficiency
corresponds to 99.97% for 0.3 micron and over.

Filter saturation caused by particle storage requires prompt replacement of the
internal filtering elements in order to prevent risk of low efficiency and rupture.
Operation hours expectancy varies according to the quantity of dust to be filtered;
depending on each case, its metal structure can be totally re-used. The only parts
to be replaced are the absolute filter and the prefilter.

This system is not applicable to water-based cooler oil, as the generated mist
thickness corresponds to less than 0.3 micron.
