Bag Filter Elements

Materials, which can be welded, include polyester, nylon and polypropylene felts as well as some nylon monofilament meshes.

Combined with the welded polypropylene ring the product gives higher efficiency, superior sealing into equipment and ease of use whilst remaining cost effective.

Fully welded filter bags, which eliminate leakage from needle holes and any chance of contamination from threads.

FULLY WELDED FILTER BAG

Gives depth filtration range 1 to 200 Microns, With a 60 % - 70% efficiency. All felts used
are scrim supported for added strength and polypropylene and polyester felts are calendared
of singed to eliminated fiber migration.

NEEDLE FELT FILTER BAGS

Filter bags are available in nylon-a precision woven structure thermo fixed to give an
absolute micron rating with no fiber migration. Micron ratings range from 1 to 1000.
