| PULSE-AIR is a high-energy type bag filter with pulse-jet collection structure using felt. With its many advantages such as high dust collection effiiciency,stable and continuous operation and large wind-blowing capacity,it has been widely accepted by many customers in Korea for air pollution prevention as well as dust collection and environment conservation of various manufacturi-ng industries. |

| PULSE-JET OPERATION |
| Dusted air is drawn into the housing through suction. Dust is filtered out onthe filter surface and the clean air is transported and exhausted through the upper port. Filter is continuously cleaned by the pulse-jet type cleaning fa-cility and the dust is collected on the lower hopper and exhausted. The cle- aning facility effectively cleans the attached dust particles by the ripple vib- ration and reverse air-flow created from the high-pressurized air(7kg/cm2)from the blow tube. During the filter cleaning, the cleaning time for each filterpipe is only 0.05~0.1 second, providing no affect on the filtering coverage.Since this filter cleaning processes is repeated in 1.0~6 minutes cycle, and thus providing consistent filtering resistance and pressure, stable operationis achieved. |

| ADVANTAGES |
| Pulse-Air using felt offers much higher dust collection efficiency than woven filter even during the filtering start-up. The first filtered layer formed by the dust sucked inside from the surface of filter cloth during filtering, will be in stable con- dition. Therefore, consistent operation with high dust collection efficiencycan be achieved regardless of filtering, cleaning and after cleaning. But for woven filter , substantial amount of dust is leaked until the first layer is formed after the filtering. Also, since the first filtered layer is removed through cleaning, itis returned to its orifinal filtering state. Since such a process is repeated, large amount of dust leaked out of the machine without being collected. |
