Performance
The aerodynamic properties of the lter make it a highly efcient ame arrester. Cooking are-ups are restricted from entering the kitchen exhaust ducts, as the ame cannot effectively follow the air ow pattern thru the lter.

Scientic placement of the lter bafes causes airborne grease particles to be stopped at the bafe surface. Grease build-up is reduced as the captured grease is allowed to ow down the bafe surface. Sanitation is promoted when the liqueed grease drains into a container away from the lter. 


Application Fields
Retains grease particles and moisture in fumes extraction through industrial kitchen hoods. Flame guard and drip separator. It is ideal for elimination of water in  substances, grease, etc ... carry along the air. Places like industry kitchens, industries where oil smoke is produced, etc ...

Optimal Conditions
Front air velocity between 1.10 and 1.33 m/s. Flow rate for standard lter (500*500*50 mm) is between 1.000 and 1.200 m3/h

Cleaning Suggestions
Washing your grease lters daily will insure maximum lter life. When the lter is caked or laden with considerable grease, use a good commercial detergent and allow the lter to soak overnight. After a thorough soaking, rinse the lter with clean warm water and return it to the exhaust system
