Conveyer Magnetic Separator

Conveyer Magnetic Separators are designed especially for operation in complicated conditions and are made of corrosion-proof materials. This type of separators can be used for removal of large ferromagnetic solids and are generally used when drum separators cannot be installed or removal of small ferromagnetic particles isn't required. Operation of this separator model is based on the principle of removal of magnetic admixtures from granulated free-flowing materials by the magnetic field, created by permanent magnets, based on NdFeB. When the material moves on a conveyer belt, it gets under the influence of a magnetic fields and the process of separation starts. Ferromagnetic particles, influenced by a powerful magnetic field, are drawn to the surface of the separator belt or a chute, and stay on its surface until manual cleaning of the separator. Purified material continues its way on a conveyer.
