The rolling oil filtration system of the stainless steel rolling mill developed by our company boasts of its high precision of filtration, convenient maintenance and high automation. The surface of finish of the rolled stainless steel plate is markedly improved.

We  independently designed the rolling oil filtration systems of the stainless steel rolling mills. The flux of the systems are 1500L/min, 3000L/min, 5000 L/min,8000 L/min,10000 L/min,12000 L/min, & 15000 L/min. The rolling oil filtration system can be customized according to different flow rates.

From  April 2002 to 2005, our company designed and produced six sets of filtration system equipments of the stainless stell rolling mills (from 2# to 7#, with the flux of 10000L/min-12000L/min) for Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. So far our company didnt receive any malfunction complaints.

At present, our company provides the filter elements of the stainless steel filtration system and perishable article to Ningbo Baoxin Stainless steel Co., Ltd. ZPSS, Taiyuan Iron and Steel (group) Co., Ltd. Tianjin pipe corporation, Shandong Guangming Special Steel Factory, Taiyuan Lixing Boyu Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., Lianzong (Guangzhou) Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. Guangdong foshan Qianjin Industry Co., Ltd. Etc.

Our company was devoted to the R & D of the rolling oil filtration system of the stainless steel rolling mill and the consumable filter element. We directly and independently design for the large-sized stainless steel companies all over the world. Many of the products produced by our company have been applied for the intellectual property rights. In April 2002,our company Hongfa won the national rolling steel lube filter utility model. And in October 2006, Hongfa was honored with the national rolling steel lube filtration device invention patent certificate.
