The relay protection device for 3-10KV filter can be directly installed on the switch cabinet or the relay protection screen and control screen upon the clients request. 35KV filter is usually controlled colletively without separate relay protection screen or control screen.
The device is not designed with complete relay protection, i.e., over-current and quick switch-off protection, over-voltage protection, low voltage protection, high cycle protection low cycle protection and unbalance protection.
The capacitors for the device doesnt contain single breaker. Fuse can be installed to protect the device upon the clients request.
The capacitor group of the filtering branches is installed phase by phase on separate insulation tables, while the reactors, resistors, discharge coil, zinc oxide lightning arrester and others are directly installed on the ground foundation.
AC wave filter is mainly comprised of high voltage switch cabinet and harmonizing branches. 3-10 KV filter usually takes GG-1A(F) or JYN2-10 type switches, internally installed with circuit breaker. Filtering branches is a cabinet form or an assembled type, installed with capacitors, reactors, resistors, zinc oxide lightning arrester, discharge PT, etc. If this device is of huge capacity, its reactors and resistors can be directly installed on the ground foundation. The switch cabinet for 35KV filter is of JYN1-35 type, internally installed with vacuum switch or SF6 circuit breaker.
STURCTURAL INTRODUCTION
It can work at the current value, root-mean-square value of which is no greater than 1.3 times of the rated current. The high current is caused by a combined effect of harmonic voltage and line-frequency over-pressure as high as 1.10 KV.
Its rated voltage is 1.00KV. It can work at the fundamental voltage for the set time as shown in table 1.
Capacitance tolerance less than 3% for the actual capacitance and the rated one for eaeh seperte phase. The rate of the maximum and minimum inter-phase capacitance is no greater than 1.02.
The power factor cos is no greater than 0.8.
The client voltage wave deformation rate and harmonic wave current limit are within the standard range of GB/T14549-93 ( electricity quality public grid harmonic wave).
TECHNICAL FEATURES
It is mainly used in the 3, 6, 10, and 35 KV 3-phase AC grid to restrain the upper harmonic current.
