Materials of construction
Filter Cartridges and Discs are made of chemically compatible materials like polypropylene, Nylon, PVC, PVDF, PTFE, Glassfibre, Sintered Bronze, Sintered Bronze, Sintered SS, Impregnated paper etc.
Filter Housings are fabricated out of stainless steel, carbon steel, etc, Linings of rubber, FRP, PVDF, etc, are also undertaken. Coded construction under third party Inspection are possible.

SAP Supplying a complete range of single and multi cartridge housing to use for removal of fine particles present pre filtered medium to a wide range at application in liquid, oil and gas filtration. The standard rang comprises of metallic housing high quality SS 316L/316/304, carbon steel, rubber lined, FRP coated type as well as non metallic version for corrosive fluids. Filter housing are custom designed for unique application to meet a wide rang of operating parameters with respect to flow temperature, pressure, material of constriction.

They are suitable to adapt filter element of standard length like 10, 20 ,30 ,40, having end connection like DOE, CODE 7, to suit all international designs. These filter cartridge are available in nominal rated like wound / spun bonded or absolute rated like pleated pp cartridges unto 0.2 micron. The cartridge dia 2.5, 4 (jumbo) Material MSEC/MSRL/SS 304, 316, 316L/ SINTE.SFIBRE.
