The Andreae Standard Filter is made of two pleated and perforated linerboard walls glued by their edges. The result of this unique design, engineered by Andreae, is the best disposable filter using the inertia separation principle. The inertia separation principle of the Andreae Standard Filter is the key to capturing the overspray of paint, glue, resin, fiberglass, tar, teflon, oil, grease, or any other airborne liquid particle efficiently. The paint particles are captured and retained outside the airstream in the holding pockets. Due to this separation, static pressure remains constant and the Andreae Standard Filter lasts 3-5 times longer than either fiberglass or polyester filters. Further, the unique collapsible pleated design of the Andreae Standard Filter saves money on transport and storage costs: 90sf of usable filter fits into a 5sf box!
