Duplex filters

Valve controlled, permitting continuous flow during filter element cleaning or changeover.Complete with vent and drain valves, and connections for fitting differential pressure gauges to warn of blockage or reduced flow due to solids collection. To fit 'standard' filter bags in filtration felts(1-100)micron, mono-filament woven gauze (100-1000) micron in nylon, polyester and polypropylene, or strainer baskets in perforated sheet, with or without stainless steel wire mesh liners.Other specialist filter media and materials are available. Materials of construction:Welded parts- SS316Seals: nitrile(NBR)Closure: swingbolts in galvanised steelConnections: Flanged or threaded Duplex CartridgeCarbon steel, 15 barg rated.Single pleated woven wire mesh element.Connections can be any size to suit the application.
