FILTER UNIT-HOBRACOL 200 VS

The filter is assembled from a massive pedestal. Filter elements (draff frames;
support sheets) are carried by the supporting rods at the opposite side of the
firmly installed initial plate, and by the movable end plate. The central spindle
compresses the pack of the filtersheets between the specified plates against
each other. The stainless end plate has an inlet and outlet opening.
The venting ending consists of a venting and pressure gauge (and/or venting
valve with a sight-glass).

The second pressure gauge (at the inlet) continuously shows a lower pressure.
The difference is a consequence of the decrease of the pressure in the filter,
also defined as filtering pressure. With respect to the resistance of the filter
elements the filtering pressure should not exceed a filtering pressure of 2.5
bars.
