operational reliability These minipleat filters are available from 60% efficiency
as per ASHRAE 52.1-1992 to 99.99997% down to 0.72 Micron as per particles scanning
method. These filter modules ore capable to handle from ambient dust to most
minute bacteria. These filters are used mainly in HVAC and Ventilation area,
Micro electronics area, Nuclear application, Space technology, Clean rooms, Hospitals
and Pharmaceuticals, Gas Turbines, High flow Air Compressor, Food Industries & Airports.
Depending on the application media is varied from synthetic cellulose
to micro glass fibre. The design of minipleat filters are such that it allows
maximum surface area in a given space, which results in much lower pressure
drop than the conventional filters which in other way provides longer life and
saves energy. Available in various types of metallic and plastic frames these filters
are also available with neoprene seals to liquid gel seals as application
demands. The filter media is pleated in folds and the separator ribbons of inert
plastics is laid on the full surface of the media in interspaced equi- distance,
to make the filter packs.
