Automatic Powder Filter

The body is out of aisi 304 stainlees steel, filtering wires 5 mech, 8 mech, 110 mech, 3 layer and out of aisi 316 stainless steel EC standart certified. All valves and fittings are suitable to healt codex and out of stainless steel. Electrical control unit is out of Siemens products. Reducer, mixer and dosing unit is italian obl / lafert. There is an electronic speed control unit on the filter which may allow to filtering speed according to oils condition. There are two watch glasses to see oil in and out. There is a sampling cork to get sample of oil during filteration. There is an automatic security cut off unit on the filter for over pressure and miss use by the operator. The filtering wire cassettes may allow to replace filter wires when they are thorn out or when a damage occurs. You do not have to change the whole cassette. The filter is on wheels, mobile and easy to clean and maintenance.
