Automatic Ventilation Basket Filter

The Automatic Ventilation Basket Filter mainly consists of barrel, nozzle neck, filtering basket, automatic vent valve, flange cover and flange. It is used to filter liquid medium (usually product oil) and eliminate contaminants in order to protect instruments in pipeline from damage. An automatic vent valve is fitted for automatic exhaustion except the functions of common Basket Filter. Usually the filtering basket is made of stainless steel. However, the basic material of the barrel will be decided according to the property of filtered medium and its operating condition. The liquid medium enters the barrel and passes through filtering net with impurities remained which will be drained from the draining nozzle.

An automatic vent valve is fitted for automatic exhaustion except the functions of common Basket Filter.
