Outlet Collector

The outlet collector is used to retain the media (catalyst, zeolite..) inside the vessel and to maximize the outlet flow. Whichever the direction of the flow the outlet basket will offer a very high resistance to collapse even under the most severe conditions of temperature and pressure. The use of V-wire welded structure will allow an absolute filtration rating from 100 microns and a very high open area and will minimize the head loss which means less clogging during the process The basket could consist of various bolted elements to allow installation and dismantling through a manhole. The most common alloys are 300 series stainless steels: 304, 316L, 321.
