DE Filters

It is used to clear turbid wine : In continuous diatomaceous earth filter (DE filter / kieselghur filter) which builds a layer of small irregular particles like filter texture on permanent support and preserves these filtering layers by constant flow pressure. The advantages of the diatomaceous earth (DE) continuous machine are high flow rate, very high filtering capacity especially when solid particle concentration is high (must or young wines) During filtering, the DE is fed into the wine by a doser from the DE container in the machine.
