Internal beater-bars move the material through the stationary screen cloth and along the machines axis. Some de-lumping will occur and friable materials should be processed on one of SMICOs other product lines. SMICO CENTRIFUGAL SIFTERS are usually supplied in stainless steel with carbon steel construction a lesser cost option. The SMICO SCREENETTE is a low cost, low capacity machine set up complete and ready to use. It is available in carbon, steel, or stainless steel in sizes of 1'x 2' or 18" x 4'. It carries one screen deck with convenient hook type screen mounting. The vibrator motor, with several stroke adjustments, mounts under the screener. A screen, stand and on/off switch are included in the base price. The SMICO SCREENETTE features an open top, oversize discharges from a lip type discharge and the fines exit through a thimble in the bottom hopper. The angle can be readily changed by moving the hanging spring from one mounting hole to another.
