Industrial Water Softener

Cation Exchange (Softening)
Reduces calcium & magnesium, two minerals which seriously impair waters eleaming capabilities and which can deposit a damaging scale in boiler, heaters, plumbing pipes, fixtures, and water using appliances. Besides its use in homes where it enhances water used for bathing, personal grooming, cleaning, softened water is often used by commercial laundries, car washes, restaurants, dairies, beauty solons and in manufacturing processes such as textile manufacturing and those involving steam production. Reduces hardness to less than 17 mg / L or one grain per gallon. Can also reduce heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, barium, and naturally occurring radium, if they are already in the water when it passes through the softener. This technology is primarily used for aesthetic improvement.

Anion Exchange (Strong Base)
Anion exchange, when used in the chloride form, is capable of reducing nitrates from a water supply, this application is frequently used to treat rural well water supplies containing relatively high levels of nitrates.

Water Softener Equipment
To Insure the water used for Boiler, the elements like Ca, Mg, etc, as a hard elements have to be removed by this equipment. The softener is provided in large size and small size and constructed on the base of the quality of water.
