 Inertia and reflection is the new working-principle Technomart's Inertial Separator.
The total volume of air(orany other gas) that comes in, is passed through V-shaped
louvers. The air thus treated is backed or reflected twice in this process
under 1 800C. The heavier particles of the dust, because of mass inertia, can
not return simultaneously along with this volume of air. And these particles are
directed towards the sloping side continuously along with a part of air stream
which is about 10% of the total air-flow. This is collected in a dust collecting-tube.
A blower is set to remove this dust-laden air uninterrupted making it an
auto-cleaning process. By this process and optimum result. Can be achieved when
the air, carrying the Dust, amounts to a volume of approx 10% of the total air-flow.
Undoubtedly, care Should be taken while designing the dust removal blower,
about the upward Length of the dust-collecting tube from the blower, its releasing
passage and the curvature of the tube also.
