Stainless steel manifold for underfloor heating

We use the original creation craft producing water separator, main tubes use the 304 stainless steel material, utilize the punch, close up, acid wash, polishing craft. The product is finished for the first time. The thickness of main tube is 15mm, and the connectors of branch pipe are tapped by screw. In this way the disadvantage of traditional craft can avoid. Making sure that the stainless steel water separator has good seal up and anti-pressure performance. Moreover, this kind of products do not have these bad phenomenon which we can find in traditional copper water separator, rust, corrode, fade and lift short. It has stable water flow, beautiful shape, no pollution, strength is high, anti-pressure, anti-corrosive, life long traits. Getting well along with the house fitment is the direction of international water separator's development. The valve and other parts are made by HP59 copper bar. After punch, forging, bridge cutting, surface technique and assembling the product is ready. Then the nickel will be plating on the surface, looks nice and useful. There will be no rust and the product will not become corrosive in the surface.
