Technomart Filters find application in ventilation systems and schemes where excellent
level of air filtration is imperative. The air fed into air-conditioning units
and central/general ventilation systems is purified through these filters.
They are used as prefilters in pharmaceutical and synthetic fibre industries, steel
and fertilizer plants, nuclear installations and many other industrial areas
where bag type super efficiency air filters are used. Special design of these filters
facilitates easy and simple installation in newly constructed Civil areas.
Due to their compact design, servicing and maintenance are also negligible. These
can also be used for general ventilation systems in offices, hotels, hospitals,
shops, warehouses etc. Technomart offers distortion resistant frame construction
from glavanized steel section or carbon steel sections duly spray galvanized
such design to provide direct duct or plenum installation without additional sub
frame. STARTRAC also offers these systems usually in four variations efficiency
wise in both fibre glass and synthetic fibre execution. However FMI is in a position
to offer specific efficiency on these systems as per requirement of the
buyer. Usually these filters are available for EU - 2 to EU - 5 efficiency i. E.
In terms of microns it would be from 20 microns to 5 microns. From the following
graphs the pressure vs efficiency could be derived and applied accordingly to
the system.
