The stacking machine accepts biscuits in a random pattern from the cooling conveyor forms them into lanes and stacks them on edge for the appropriate length of time and their configuration is designed to suit the available space. This can handle square, round and rectangular biscuits. The biscuits arriving from the cooling conveyor are guided by guide rods which are held magnetically on magnetic plate constructed with permanent magnets. This allows you to re-arrange the guide plates to required gap without any tools. This also helps in holding any ferrous particles coming at the time of production to certain extent. At the discharge end of the plate a conveyor takes over the biscuits and leads them on to the slide plate, which leads the biscuits to the stacking wheel. The conveyor is powered by a separate independent variable speed control. The stacking wheel; with its star shaped segments places the biscuits on edge and transfer them on to the packing conveyor.
