Laborsave-Fully Automatic Sacks Opening And Emptying Machine

LaborSaveTM mechanics: The loading of the full pallets is performed by a forklift operator and the removal of the empty pallets is performed automatically with the automatic empty pallet removal system. Everything else is performed without any human intervention. Each cycle, LaborSaveTM mechanically grabs a layer of sacks, slits the sacks without any loss of contents, and empties the sacks into a hopper, assuring complete utilization of the contents. The machine handles an average of three / four layers per minute. The use of mechanical grabbers facilitates the handling of most types of sacks: plastic, paper and burlap-single or multi-layered-filled with granular or powdered products. LaborSaveTM enables the handling of most methods of sack arrangement on the pallet, and inclinations of up to 25 cm. Up to 99. 99% of the contents are collected in most cases, reducing wastage. LaborSaveTM is controlled by a menu-driven, user-friendly automatic control system, enabling the control of system parameters. Laborsavetm has a level sensor in the hopper to pause the cycle when it is full.
