The loading of the full pallets and the removal of the empty pallets is performed by a forklift operator or automatically (option) . Everything else is performed without any human intervention. Each cycle, LaborSaveTM mechanically grabs a layer of sacks, slits the sacks and empties the sacks into a hopper, assuring complete utilization of the contents. Empty sacks are compressed into a collection bin at HC type or into a compactor at VHC type. LaborSaveTM can easily handle an up to 1300 sacks per hour. The use of mechanical grabbers facilitates the handling of most types of sacks: plastic, paper and burlap (single or multi-layered) filled with granular or powdered products. LaborSaveTM enables the handling of most methods of sack arrangement on the pallet, and inclinations of up to 250 mm. Over 99. 99% of the contents are collected in most cases, reducing wastage.
