Having a wide selection of models electric warehouse equipment, EP would launch 2008 new AC series, with big advantages to be delivered such as: ease of operation, productivity, easy
service, ergonomic design, reliable performance. Be the big brother of the new generation, ES16-RA combines both advance performance of rider pallet truck and lift truck. With its own special to
take the tasks in narrow isle.
Safety:
Battery tray is locked by a spring tab, which can prevent the battery moves when
the truck is traveling, so as to decrease the chance of battery broken and acid
leakage.
The emergency stop button are all mounted at the right side of the truck body, the
driver can take action immediately in case the emergency take place.
Big contact size safety belly button on tiller head in event of contact with the
operator.

The latest Zapi AC drive system is applied on this new generation, high performance is
complemented by the high efficiency of the AC controller and drive motor:
Ensures the truck respond to the slightest command from the driver.
Excellent acceleration for high throughput, more power, higher drive speed, higher
productivity, maintains the travel speed in every situation especially on slope.
Integrated energy reclamation during braking .
Automatically braked during unintentional roll back on ramps.
Less motor heat, faster heat dissipation means lower energy consumption.
A fully enclosed construction means higher resistance against dust and moisture, with no
maintenance parts such as carbon-brushes means higher reliability and lower maintenance.
Quick direction change without customary moment of reflection.
Low noise level.
Operability:
EP new control handle can provide safe and smooth operation for
driver. The lifting & lowering buttons are easily accessed and operated by
fingertip with either hand, without removing the hands from the tiller head.
Gas assist spring provides effortless positioning and controlled return of
the handle to a vertical position.
The manual & self adjustable suspension system (MSAS) especially
ensure the drive wheel always has ground contract. The truck always
carries the load securely and safely, even on rough ground or under high
speed.
The special connecting design between handle and suspension drive
unit ensure less vibration for operator; also guarantee the min. clearance
that ensure handle no movement even under high speed or brake
applied.
Equipped with softly sprung stand-on platform, reduces driving vibration
for operators. The platform has a soft rubber mat and a non slip surface
that provides maximum operator comfort and safety.
Simple add-on or disassemble platform, by bolting on or off only.
Just folding in the stand-on platform and side supports is enough to take
the tightest corner.
Durability:
Heavy-duty MONARCH hydraulic motor is integral with the pump and reservoir to assure positive alignment and maximum strength.
External cut off switch plus mechanical stop saves energy and prevents motor overloading when forks have reached full height.
The drive unit gear box is designed for ease of maintenance. All gears are immersed in an oil bath for long life and quiet operation.
The tapered fork design provides industry leading pallet entry and exit. And its one piece overall design rather
than welded frame can give the truck much more stability and strength when loading.
Durable special designed ball bearing steering system provide a less effort and reliable steering operation, both
with and without load.
Serviceability:
Easy access to all aggregates through side cover with 4-bolt only,
give technicians total access to key components.
The casters can be released quickly and easily
through bore hole in the chassis apron.
Fused traction controller.
Low maintenance electric park brake.
All operation switches in tiller head can be replaced as complete kits.
Bushes on all pivot points, and optional grease fittings on all lift linkage and
steering points.
Diagnostic handset.
Apply connectors through out complete harness set, no welding connecting.
Hydraulic reservoir cap provide easy adding.
Hinged battery cover can be easily opened with wide angle.
Safe operation also with heavy loads through robustly designed support arms.
The side guards are padded with rubber foam and are at an ideal height for the safe and effective protection of the
operator on the platform.
The special design of these guards and their simple but secure opening/closing system allow the truck to be easily
reconfigured.
It will reduce half speed automatically with side guards fold in, thus to ensure the safety of operators.
