It is used in building material , metallurgy , mining and electric power industries etc to transport the material of power , small block and little abrasion that the relax density is less than 1.5t/m3 and materical temperature is less than 250oC.

The device has the features of big transport amount , high elevaing height , reliability of working and long life . The structure of above and below chain wheel is assembly , which is easy to maintain . The below is tensioner device of heavy hammer , which can automatically keep the strain and prevent the chain wheel from skidding or off the hinges . Circle chain is the tractor made in high strength low alloy steel, which has high intensity of tension endurance .
The device has two types : type Zh is middle deep hopper, which is used to transport wet , easy blocked and hard cast material such as wet sand , alkali power and clay etc .Type Sh is deep hopper ,which is used to transport dry and easy material such as coat , cement and slag etc.
