HJ900A beam launcher is used for the erection of double-line full-hole box girder passenger rail line (250 km per hour, 350 km) 20 m, 24m and 32m. It is mainly composed of by the main beam, front and back hanging beam lane, auxiliary lane, front and back outrigger, front support outrigger, back support outrigger, under guide beam, electrical and control systems, hydraulic systems and other components. The machine uses a short-tailed beam, a cross-beam-style, double-guiding-beam erector to make the whole machine is simple and light; obviously forced, safe and reliable, no need to set up anchor pier in the top; using integration technology of the machine, electricity and liquid , working fast and accurately, secure and reliable, high-accurate beam hanging; good stability when the whole machine via hole; beam lifting crane and assisting crane can both move transversely; running systems adopt variable frequency technology, starting steadily, low impact and safe brake; when the whole machine comes through-hole and beam lifting crane transfer the girders, operating steadily and accurately; hoisting mechanism uses variable frequency technology, with high and low speed and variable-frequency motors energy consumption, starting smoothly, has wide-range of speed governing and reliable braking function; using Profibus site bus technology, forming a main control system with highly reliable PLC, with strong control function, safe, flexible and convenient; the key processes of monitoring system are automatically detected and targeted, with high degree of automation.
