CONTROL
Control is by heavy duty air break direct-on-reversing type contractors, which are electrically interlocked for safety. Conductors, relays, fuses, low voltage transformer for providing continous voltage, are housed in a fabricated/pressed sheet steel box which is dust proof.

PUSH BUTTON SWITCH
Normally Pendent Push Button Switch for hoisting and lowering with 24V operating voltage will be supplied, which is ideal for general purpose applications being safe, compact and robust.

LIMIT SWITCH
Snap action, shunt type limit switches prevent overhoisting or overlowering, thus ensuring maximum safety of operation.

CHAINS
Wear resistant, heat-treated, IS 6216 Grade 80 special alloy steel chain with greatest flexibility , chain is accurately calibrated and tested and having minimum factor of safety 4.

HOOKS
Of forged steel with provision for free swiveling.

MAIN LIFTING WHEEL
Shaped and sized perfectly from the vast experience; the load chain wheel secures correct grip of the hoisting chain without to check wear.

GEARS
Precision cut helical gears give a very smooth and silent operation. The gears are lubuicated with heavy duty grease and requires less maintenance.

BRAKE
Instant action, "FAIL TO SAFE' Electromagnetic disc brake mounted on the nondriving end motor ensures maximum safety and reliability since the load is held in its position as soon as the supply to the motor is swithched of intentionally or accidentally. Because of external mounting, the adjustment and maintenance of brake is a quick and simple.

MOTOR
The basic drive in the hoist is provided by a 3 phase, squirrel cage, totally enclosed induct Motor having a high starting torque with Class 'B'/'E' Insulation. The motors are specially designed to make frequent reversals and braking. Motor is wound for 415V, 50 cycle AC Suply.
