Rope-Replacement Hoists

Depending on rope reeling capacity the LZK hoists are manufactured in two modifications: the LZK-10 with the rope capacity of 725 m and the LZK-10M with rope capacity of 1255 m. Number of simultaneously operated hoists depends on amount of ropes to be replaced and the shaft depth.

 

The hoists can be also used as containers for ropes and cables with diameter up to 50 (52) mm reeled from standard drums, and for rope or cable transportation to installation site.

 

The LZK hoists consist of a 750 or 900 mm track carriage with the thrust rollers for drum base circle. The base carries the drum and the drive including an electric motor, a reducer, a friction coupling with a variable torque, and a gear shaft which contacts a toothed wheel. The wheel is installed on the drum shaft and friction bearing.

 

The wheel is fixed on the shaft with a spring-loaded lock. At the drum free rotation during the rope reeling with a hoist drive or during the rope running down, the lock shall be released from the shaft, and the drum shall be slowed down by the block brake.
