The incoming material undergoes a process of very nigorous checking and testing stipulated by international standards by trained quality inspectors, using sophisticated inspection and testing equipments at Inward Inspection Department, Regular Quality-Checks are conducted at various stages of production, at the semi finishd product stage, assembly level etc.

Customer Support & Servicing
VISHWAKARMA ENTERPRISES products are supported with a carefully planned sales and customer service. All service engineers of the company are trully trained for the maintenance of its products. All field complaints are analysed for reasons through monthly Corrective ACtion Review Meetings providing feedback to the R&D Department.

Sales & Marketing
The scales targets are set and reviewed by the scales and marketing department of the company. The department also generates various Management Information System (MIS) reports and takes corrective and prevtive action based on them.

Research & Development
The Research & Development Department at Ghaziabad is the axis behind the dvelopment operations of the company & is reaching its customers with most modern products of world standards. The feedback from periodic Market Research surveys, field complaints, market watch etc. provide the inputs to the R & D Dept. to redesign and develop its products.
