The bucket is not integral with the frame and it can be replaceable. The bucket frame slides inside the main structure. The main channel structure erects with the help of fastening the tei-up channels and thick steel plates. The angle bracket are provided to reinforce the structure.DRUM & DRIVE LINEThe large diameter drum, manufactured from steel, provides thoroughly mixed concrete every batch. The drum opening is reinforced for added life, and the drum is driven by one-piece cast iron bevel gear with cast iron pinion which is replaceable & delivers smooth operation, long life.CHASSISSolid foundation is provided for years of trouble free service, this frame is electrically welded with rugged steel members throughout. Drum is strategically balanced on steel channel yoke cradle for effortless dumping.DRUM LOCKPrecise drum tilt control, while discharging materials, is made easy because of large tilt wheel.
