Manual Hoists

Manufactured from pure pressed steel, we offer manual hoists which come with 'high' tensile forged steel hooks. Designed to withstand shock loads, these cranes are extremely effective and efficient and can easily handle heavy weights. Our product further on has the following essentials:

The 'high' tensile forged steel hooks rotate and swivel freely to carry out complex hoisting
Special quality load wheels for these hoists are made from heavy-duty malleable castings and are mounted on bearings for smooth operations.
At our end, we use perfectly lapped & hardened gears that are made from special alloy steel (SAE 8620).
Grade 80/30 steel is used in making our load chains which are accurately calibrated and ensure maximum security, free and smooth movement.
Each of the links are tested at least twice to ensure its load capacity.
Our hoists use multiple threaded screw and friction disc type brakes, which are self-actuating to assure safety.
We install friction discs which are made from special asbestos-based material so as to withstand friction, heat and humid atmosphere.
Each of our blocks undergo stringent quality tests and even go through 50% overload tests for assuring optimum reliability and dependability.
