Electric Wire Rope Hoists

Our electric wire rope hoists have strongly fabricated frame and this frame is made from superior quality steel. These frames offer perfect base for wire rope hoists. These hoists use special rope drums which are manufactured using mild steel plates or seamless pipes and are further machined and grooved at working surface accurately to receive the wire rope in a single layer. These simple and time saving wire rope motors are fan cooled and completely enclose high power motors. Specially designed to offer high starting torque, our motors are built as per ISS : 325. We use motors which are manufactured by companies such as NGEF, ABB, BBL, CROMPTON, etc. These are compactly designed, easy to maintain and deliver durable service. Our electric wire rope hoist drums are supported by anti friction ball/roller bearings and is provided to guide the wire ropes in correct grooves while lifting and lowering.
Our wire rope electric hoist use totally enclosed, oil bath lubricated gear boxes, which are machined out from EN-9/EN-24 steel and teethed on precision bobbing machines.
Our gearboxes offer high durable service and our externally mounted electro magnetic brakes work instantly and provide flexibility and reliability.
