Materials that can be engraved:
They can engrave on all kinds of nonmetal materials and parts of coated metals, such as bamboo, putamina of coconut, paper, plexiglass, acrylic, marble, jade, crystal. It also features a cutting function. With the rotating unit, it can engrave on a cylinder objects, such as cup, pencil vase and so on. It breaks through the limitation of the planar engraving and augments the range of the working.

Rotating unit for cylinder object (optional)
With the rotating unit, it can engrave on a cylinder object, such as cup, pencil vase and so on. It breaks through the limitation of the planar engraving and augments the range of the working.
This laser engraving and cutting machine adopts specialized engraving and cutting software, the software is explored for large-area and high-speed engraving and cutting. It can edit processing graphics, set up processing parameters, control processing procedure and output processing graphics.
The following is the main features and functions of this software:
AIt can support AI, BMP, PLT, DXF and DST (embroidery software) format.
BAfter graphics input, you can do some simple editing (enlarge/reduce the size, circumrotate and copy etc.).
CData of different layers can be output respectively. Output power, output speed, mode (engrave and cut etc.) of each layer can be set respectively. All the parameters will be saved automatically.
DGraphics can be engraved; Vector graph can be drawn, cut and engraved; precise level can be set up freely.
ESupport array output and the software can calculate the number of data to cover the material. Whole processing procedure can be simulated on computer through track emulation. The original point can be set anywhere to make the processing conveniently.
F When process is going on, it can be controlled by Pause and Continue. All output process can be controlled on the interface of machine.
GWhen output, process along dialog box can make feeding and location easier.
HEngraving speed can reach to 1500mm/s(59"); Cutting speed can reach to 500mm/s(19.7"); Engraving precision can reach to 0.01mm(0.0003").
I360 degree slope engraving. The slope can be set freely.
JMass graphics(15M) can be calculated rapidly.
KWhen the speed is changing, the power intensity will change automatically. It can insure the process depth is changeless.
LExcellent optimized-path and path definition.
MWhen cutting, you can add assistant lines. This can make the juncture smooth and output quality is increased.
NThe particular part process function can process from broken point. If the power is cut off, the machine will not produce waster.
Remark: The laser engraving machine uses a beam of light as the engraving tool, so no part of the machinery actually touches the material being engraved. You don't need a special system to hold down your engraving material.
The engraved words and graphs do not fade and can exist permanently and can avoid being forged effectively.
