Laser Cutting / Engraving Facility

We have recently installed a state of the art laser cutting / engraving machine with a capacity of cutting up to 2000 labels (typical) per hour, in various materials.The machine is equipped with an optical camera with a resolution of 0.025mm for high accuracy. The maximum cutting width is 720 mm and the maximum cutting length is 990 mm.Merrowing FacilityWe have in-house facility to merrow the edges or labels and badges. Merrowed edges are extremely popular in kids wear and in the contemporary clothing for the teenagers.Testing FacilitiesWe have installed a test laboratory to carry out important tests on the color fastness of the yarns used for labels. The tests carried in house are color fastness to crocking, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to washing etc. Some specialized tests such as AZO and AOX free, residual formaldehyde are sourced from the certified laboratories like SGS and ITS.All the tests are carried out as per AATCC methods.All the products confirm to the safety/regulatory standards of the European Union and United States of America.
